Basic ingredients:
Pork neck;
Onions, cheese, mayonnaise, salt pepper.
Method of its preparation:
Cut the meat as for pork chops, bounce. Place on a baking tray greased with oil. Season with salt and pepper, top with a layer of finely chopped onion, grated cheese and mayonnaise.
Then place in the oven for approx. 40 minutes at 200°C.
